Production Shift Supervisor


Job description

  • Monitor the Safety in Production line/process, to ensure that machines work in safe condition, and operators work in the safe way.
  • Ensure good GMP in production area.
  • Supervise & cross check the implementation of HACCP, QMS. Take action when deviated.
  • Ensure daily care, weekly care & CIP is performed well as plan.
  • Control production costs by managing available production resources (material usage, manpower, machine utilization etc. ) and comply.
  • Set up and provide training, execute developed plan for operators.
  • Coach the team on production knowledge, technology and standard production practices.

Job Requirement

  • University Degree with major in food processing/mechanical engineering.
  • Have 5 years of experience in the same position in FMCG companies.
  • Production technology and knowledge, Planning, NCCS, NGMP, NQS, ISO, NEMS, HACCP.
  • Good teamwork, problem-solving, decision making, quality awareness, safety awareness, and industrial psychology.
  • Willing work in shift.
  • English ability: good (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Computer knowledge: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. PowerPoint, etc.

Other Information

  • Working location: Dong Nai
  • Working time: 3 shifts (6 days/week, 8 hours/day).
  • Have a shuttle bus from HCMC.
