Inspect hygiene conditions of the entire production area (floors, walls, equipment) to ensure microbiological safety, free from mold, rust, or damage.
2. Production
Control product quality in terms of appearance, weight, packaging, sealing, and printing information.
Ensure correct classification of products (accepted/rejected, raw/cooked, allergen).
Check temporary cartons, warehouse output, and defective lots.
Monitor metal detection process, hygiene practices, and QA compliance.
Guide workers in identifying qualified products and following hygiene rules when switching lines.
3. Samples
Coordinate with QA and Sample Department to prepare, check, and monitor different sample types (trial, customer inspection, periodic, antibiotic, Toyota, etc.).
Ensure samples meet requirements on weight, quality, appearance, and labeling; manage and store samples until handover.
4. Customer Audit
Prepare audit plans: inspection, error summary, corrective meetings, production coordination, sample preparation, layout, and scenarios.
Monitor and ensure factory, hygiene, and technical systems comply with audit requirements.
Job Requirement
College/University degree in Aquaculture, Food Technology, Quality Management, or related technical fields.
Minimum 2 years of QC/QA experience in food processing, seafood, or a similar production environment.
Prefer candidates with experience in working with international customers, audits, or sample management.
Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, BRC, ISO, or equivalent.
Familiarity with quality inspection processes, sample management, customer requirements, and audits.
