Analyze errors, and customer complaints when testing to send to the NCR team for solutions.
Update daily errors and violations of each project for relevant parties and prepare reports.
Coordinate with related departments to resolve product defects before FAT.
Propose initiatives to prevent product defects.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's or college degree in electrical engineering, electrical systems, or electrical equipment.
Knowledge of high and low voltage equipment, materials, high and low voltage panels, electrical industry standards... Understanding of control and protection devices such as PLCs, inverters, digital relays...
Proficient in using Autocad/Cad & Solidworks.
Read and analyze the operating principles of electrical circuits (motor control, relay protection circuits...). Knowledge of electrical systems...
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Good communication skills and a proactive and flexible attitude at work.
