  • Input, process, and standardize customer data from available sources into Excel files and the company's software system.
  • Check for errors and ensure the accuracy and completeness of entered data.
  • Support data export for new customers when they start using the software.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service team to ensure data is fully synchronized and updated.
  • Generate periodic or ad-hoc data reports as requested.
  • Participate in suggesting improvements to data entry and processing procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Experience in data entry or data processing is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with a good command of basic functions such as VLOOKUP, FILTER, SORT, and Data Validation.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, patient, and highly responsible when working with data.
