A. Strategy & Planning

  • Participate in developing annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors’ activities to propose effective marketing strategies.
  • Propose marketing budgets and communication plans for each campaign.

B. Marketing Execution Management

  • Manage and supervise the execution of advertising, PR, digital marketing, events, and trade marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to implement promotional programs, product displays, POSM, and activations at points of sale.
  • Work with media agencies, suppliers, and printing/event partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Manage brand content and visual identity across digital channels such as the company website, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, etc.).

C. Brand Management

  • Ensure that the Rinnai brand image strictly follows the global Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal departments to maintain consistent brand communication.
  • Propose and execute brand awareness and enhancement campaigns in Vietnam.

D. Team Management & Development

  • Supervise, guide, and train junior marketing staff.
  • Evaluate employee performance and competencies; recommend development plans to strengthen team capabilities.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, including at least 2 years in a team leader or assistant managerial role.
  • Preferably experienced in consumer goods, home appliances, or electronics industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Management, and Consumer Insights.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital platforms such as Google, Meta, Zalo Ads, SEO, and CRM systems.
