1. Online Channel Management & Operations
- Manage company stores on Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok Shop, and the company website.
- Upload and update product information, images, pricing, and promotional programs.
- Monitor orders and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and reviews, ensuring high store ratings and positive feedback.
2. Marketing & Promotions
- Develop and execute promotion campaigns, flash sales, and monthly marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the design team to create banners, product images, and marketing content for online platforms.
- Manage in-platform advertising (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads, etc.) and propose suitable ad budgets.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness: traffic volume, conversion rate, and cost per order.
3. Channel Development & Reporting
- Research market trends, competitor pricing, and propose appropriate product and pricing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on online sales performance, costs, and profitability.
- Recommend initiatives to improve business performance and enhance customer experience.

- College or University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience managing online stores on Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, or handling E-commerce operations for a distribution company.
- Proficient in store management tools, in-platform advertising systems, and familiar with marketplace promotion policies.
- Strong analytical skills in sales data, planning, and basic budget management.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and able to work independently under sales pressure.
- Experience in home appliances, kitchen equipment, electronics, or FMCG is a strong advantage.
