  • Perform and control all accounting functions: accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory, and costing.
  • Record, review, and ensure the accuracy of all transactions in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
  • Calculate production costs; monitor and analyze cost fluctuations; propose cost optimization solutions.
  • Prepare periodic financial statements (monthly/quarterly/annually) and management reports as required.
  • Handle tax declarations and finalization (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.); ensure compliance with legal regulations.
  • Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Procurement departments to control data, reconcile inventory, and manage costs.
  • Manage and monitor inventory in/out/stock; participate in periodic stocktaking.
  • Participate in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Work with auditors, tax authorities, and relevant stakeholders when required.
  • Propose improvements to accounting processes and internal control systems.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience, including at least 2–3 years in a manufacturing company.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and tax regulations.
  • Good analytical skills, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  • Ability to work independently and handle work pressure.
