General Accountant (Speaking Chinese)

• Record, review, and reconcile the company’s overall accounting data.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and production/operating expenses.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports as required by the Board of Directors and government authorities.
• Handle tax declarations and finalization (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.) in compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with the production department to collect, allocate costs, and calculate product costing.
• Communicate, prepare reports, and process financial data with the parent company/Chinese partners (using Chinese).
• Manage and properly archive accounting documents and records in accordance with regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant / Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a General Accountant position; experience in manufacturing, trading, or import-export companies is preferred.
• Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for professional communication with partners.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax laws, and related regulations.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (MISA/FAST/SAP, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, honest, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
