  • Take charge of HR operations (recruitment, training, payroll, benefits, social insurance, labor relations).
  • Build, update, and implement HR policies and regulations in line with labor law.
  • Prepare documents and lead the company’s participation in social compliance audits (BSCI, SMETA, SA8000, or customer audits).
  • Ensure compliance with labor, health & safety, fire prevention, and environmental standards.
  • Serve as the key contact for auditors/customers regarding CSR and employee-related compliance.
  • Lead and develop the HR & Admin team, creating a collaborative work environment.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • University degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with 2 years in a managerial/supervisory position.
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience in preparing for and working with CSR/Social Compliance audits.
  • Strong understanding of labor law, social insurance, and relevant regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Manufacturing or international business experience is preferred.
