• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
• Good communication in English
•  Minimum of 5 years in production manager, preferably with experience in electrical panels.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
