Responsible for approving the safety plan, construction methods & risk assessment.
Check & evaluate compliance with an approved safety plan and construction method.
Ensure resources for CM/SM to comply with approved safety plans & construction methods.
Ensure the construction project is on schedule according to the signed contract.
Re-evaluate the overall progress of project implementation and deploy for specialized departments to implement.

Prepare a detailed project schedule (working program) and submit to PD for approval.
Prepare an agreement on materials to be transferred to Commercial dept. to sign for approval for purchasing department to supply materials and make payment records.
Request materials to ensure the correct time according to the purchasing process.
Coordinate with Procurement and HSE team to control the delivery volume of materials.
Select and propose new and potential suppliers of materials for the company.
Control material loss according to the construction norms.
Planning to select subcontractors for the whole project.
Selection and recommendation of subcontractors.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.
Have about 10 years of experience in construction industry and at least 05 years of experience in civil projects.
Possess good knowledge in project planning and construction of buildings preferably in high-rise development.
Experience in working on projects with Foreign Investors & Consultant Supervisor will be preferred.
