A. Recruitment (60%)

  • Receive and consolidate recruitment requests from all departments.
  • Develop recruitment plans and execute hiring activities according to the approved schedule.
  • Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads for technical interviews.
  • Monitor recruitment results, prepare reports, and evaluate the effectiveness of each recruitment channel.
  • Support the organization of onboarding programs and provide guidance for new employees.

B. Employee Relations (40%)

  • Supervise the implementation of company rules, policies, and labor discipline across departments.
  • Monitor and handle cases of disciplinary violations, complaints, or internal conflicts, ensuring fairness and compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in drafting and updating labor regulations, as well as reward and disciplinary procedures.
  • Participate in periodic dialogues with employees and coordinate with the Trade Union to organize welfare and employee engagement activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a background in headhunting or agency recruiting.
  • Solid understanding of Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, employee discipline, and welfare policies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with HRM software is an advantage.
