  • Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, payroll, social insurance, and employee benefits.
  • Manage labor contracts, maintain employee and company records.
  • Develop and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee engagement.
  • Control administrative expenses and optimize budget usage.
  • Support the management team in making timely and accurate decisions on business and HR matters.
  • Build a positive working environment that fosters collaboration and team development.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in trading companies or small-sized enterprises.
  • Good command of Mandarin for daily communication.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of initiative, responsibility, and confidentiality.
