Execute and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance plans for production machinery and utilities.
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and root cause analysis (RCA) for mechanical and electrical equipment breakdowns.
Support process improvement and equipment optimization to enhance machine efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and data in ERP or CMMS systems.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and QA teams to support production targets and minimize equipment downtime.
Provide technical guidance or on-the-job training to technicians when needed.

Experienced in developing preventive maintenance schedules, managing engineering teams, reducing machine downtime by max %, coordinated with Production and Quality.
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Specialized Courses: Reliability Engineering, Safety Management
ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 Safety Training
Demonstrated experience in prudent and effective leadership.
Ability to perform under high-pressure conditions.
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability in all assigned tasks.
Flexible, proactive, innovative, with strong problem-solving skills; loyal and fully dedicated to the organization.
Willingness to be available at any time in the event of an incident or upon management request
