Chief Executive Officer (Building Material)

Job description

Building, operating and managing the implementation of the Company's business plan and business policy; ensure business efficiency according to the objectives set by BOD;
Research, participate in the development and implementation of Business strategies, Marketing strategies, production plans for business activities;
Evaluate the activities of the Blocks and adjust the plans as necessary
Build a culture in line with the company's vision.

At least 5 years of experience as CEO or corresponding management positions;
Having broad knowledge of Marketing, PR, Human Resources, Administration, ... and other functions of the business so that the business can run smoothly.
Experience in running a company on the Stock Exchange is preferred;
Fluency in English at work is an advantage
University graduate, Master's degree majoring in Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
