HR cum Admin Manager


Job description

  • Responsible for all key people activities (Recruiting, Performance management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent & Development Programs, etc.)
  • Execute HR supporting activities, eg. Supporting data, document preparation and etc. to ensure efficiency in a timely manner.
  • Execute people initiatives, provide great internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Support resources business partner team for other assignments if required

Job Requirement

  • At least 10 years experience in HR professional. Preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborative by nature with strong people skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
