Gain a comprehensive understanding of strategic goals in real estate ownership, development, and investment, and offer practical advice and solutions to internal stakeholders regarding various corporate and commercial real estate matters;
Oversee legal and compliance issues, ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations;
Provide guidance to the management team on all legal and compliance matters, drafting and reviewing of transactional agreements and ensuring that all operational activities align with local legislative and regulatory framework;
Collaborate closely with the Counsel to handle critical documentation and keep the management team informed about any pertinent updates regarding legislative and regulatory obligations.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in law and passed the bar;
Has a minimum of 15 years of experience in relevant areas, with a significant focus on real estate, and preferably has previous legal experience working in a multinational corporation;
Well-versed in Singapore and international laws, particularly in areas such as M&A, joint ventures, and real estate;
Demonstrates exceptional skills in handling transactions and managing legal matters, coupled with a strong commitment to integrity;
Exposure to intricate real estate transactions and fund structures is considered advantageous;
