Production Manager

Job description

Develop, propose, and execute the production plan to meet organizational goals.
Monitor and analyze budgets, implement cost control measures, and identify opportunities to reduce waste.
Oversee all production activities, including equipment maintenance and workforce management.
Drive and implement operational changes to improve production performance and efficiency.
Ensure efficient operations across all components of the production department.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
Good at English or Korean.
Minimum of 5 years as a production manager, preferably with experience in electrical panels, electronics, or mechanical...
Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.
Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.
