Senior HR Generalist (Chinese Speaking)

Job description
Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, payroll, social insurance, and employee benefits.
Manage labor contracts, maintain employee and company records.
Develop and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee engagement.
Control administrative expenses and optimize budget usage.
Support the management team in making timely and accurate decisions on business and HR matters.
Build a positive working environment that fosters collaboration and team development.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in trading companies or small-sized enterprises.
Good command of Mandarin for daily communication.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of initiative, responsibility, and confidentiality.
