HR & GA Manager


Job description

  • Work closely with General Manager to set up All HR-Admin processes which compline with VN Law and Group standards.
  • Always analyze any issue which not suitable in HR-Admin process and policies then suggests to GM for improvement.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Set up the security process that Compliance with Factory’s standards. 
  • Provide general HR administrative support for Company activities.
  • Ensure administrative support of office facilities, support services, and equipment is provided effectively.
  • Manage safety and fire drills and the effective implementation of the safety rules within areas under the job holder’s control.
  • Act on accidents when they are reported, and ensure safety is implemented in planning and performance management processes.
  • Reinforce correct safety behaviors, reporting all hazards and incidents and completing assigned actions.
  • Manage and control all activities of canteen, security, office car, stationary, office smooth condition Running.

Job Requirement

  • Depth knowledge of VN Labor Law, Vietnamese Safety rules, and other compliance standards.
  • Be responsible for the smooth & profitable operation of Company & HR Department.
  • Understanding and experience in Food Factory Standards such as FSSC 22000, HALA, BRC, etc.
  • Have a certificate in Labor Law is preferred.
  • Ability together with BOD set up business strategy of HR which support Company target.
