Develop and implement nationwide business strategies aligned with the company’s brand development direction in Vietnam.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to propose pricing strategies, distribution channels, promotional programs, and market share expansion plans.
Manage and oversee the national sales team, including 03 Regional Sales Managers (North, Central, South) and field sales representatives.
Set and monitor sales targets, profit goals, and budgets for each region.
Develop and expand the distribution network, including dealers, distributors, home appliance retail chains, and project channels, in line with the company’s long-term strategy.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Marketing, After-Sales, Planning, Finance) to ensure business objectives are effectively executed across all regions.
Coach and develop mid-level managers (Regional Sales Managers) to strengthen their strategic and operational capabilities.
Prepare regular reports for the Board of Directors on sales performance, operational efficiency, market trends, and strategic recommendations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management within consumer goods, home appliances, or related industries, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Sales Director / National Sales Manager).
Proven experience in strategic planning, distribution system management, and leading multi-regional sales teams.
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, leadership, communication, and team development skills.
Deep understanding of the kitchen appliances, home appliances, or FMCG markets is a strong advantage.
Ability to analyze business data, make sound decisions quickly, and adapt to a dynamic market environment.
