Brand Manager


Job description

  1. To be responsible for developing, executing and delivering digital/ online marketing strategy, planning and budget to include online, new media, web, e-commerce to drive the business forwards through key marketing channels.
  2. To implement, check and evaluate the program marketing, activation, PR, media, event, display, POSM, sales
  3. To collect the information, response from the market, analyze, report, research market… to seize growth opportunities, risk reduction
  4. To review technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape (facebook, zalo, tiktok…) to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives
  5. To develop online marketing strategies to drive leads, increase volume, market share, and revenue, ensure through gap analysis, appropriate support to correct performance within cost effective targets
  6. To manage and plan appropriate and effective departmental budget.
  7. To combine with R&D to research & develop product.
  8. To monitor work progress, connect with other departments to solve daily brand-related issues. Monitor and evaluate marketing and sales activities.
  9. To monitor market developments, promptly handle risks encountered by brands and products, and do not let bad developments affect the brand.
  10. To manage project and working with external suppliers within the scope of expertise in activation activities, packaging development, shooting, display, sales image support…
  11. To evaluate consumer feedback before and after scripted marketing activities, advertising films, events, PR, activation…
  12. To manage and system all brand images and licenses related to the brand's activities as well as all documents certifying the brand's exclusivity
  13. To build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our digital properties, including websites, social media, etc.
  14. To make presentations on sales training, products, and product introduction toolkits.
  15. To maintain marketing records related to plans, contracts, and costs.

Job Requirement

  1. Degree, major in Business/Communication/Marketing or related
  2. At least 2 years of digital marketing working experience in FMCGs
  3. Experience within Social medias: facebook, zalo, tiktok.. / Viral Marketing and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.
  4. Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data, finding creative solutions to problems.
