Analyze client needs, propose solutions, and prepare bidding documents, quotations, and contracts.
Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs and Chinese business associations in Vietnam.
Coordinate with the departments to prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines.
Organize kick-off meetings; act as a cultural and linguistic bridge between internal teams and Chinese clients.
Participate in commercial and legal negotiations.
Update and periodically evaluate the partner database (KPIs, capabilities, reputation).
Collect macroeconomic data, FDI policies, tax regulations, and legal procedures relevant to Chinese investors.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on capital flows, new projects, competitors, risks, and opportunities.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Foreign Trade, Construction, Project Management, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development/industrial real estate/construction, preferably with experience working with Chinese clients or in Chinese FDI industrial parks.
Solid understanding of investment and construction legal procedures in Vietnam.
A strong network with associations, industrial zones, Economic Zone Authorities, banks, and Chinese consulting firms is a plus.
