Job description

  • Provide support to the Country Head to develop and deploy strategic plans to meet revenue targets and expand business opportunities for the Company;
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes to identify new business opportunities;
  • Ensure to apply all Company policies, procedures, processes and Government regulations in execution;
  • Conduct research and analyze data to get information for product decisions;
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and search for new potential markets;
  • Construct forecasts and set aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business;
  • Carry out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes;
  • Stay on the lookout for ways to improve business processes;
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree on any business or marketing courses, MBA is preferred;
  • Minimum 7 years working experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity;
  • Highly independent, multi-task, and can balance short term vs. long term plans, and a fast learner;
  • Have strong business sense with leadership, organizational and negotiation skills;
  • Good command in 4 skills of English;
  • Must be willing to travel.
