Job description

A FDI factory in cetral coast of Vietnam is looking for candidate for main responsibility as below:

  • Develop & implement financial policies and procedures
  • Set up all tax system (CIT, VAT, PIT, foreign withholding tax)
  • Review all annual tax return/finalization and VAT refund document
  • Instruct and provide direction to the accounting staff team to post entries on time and comply with head quarter’s policy and local authority
  • Work with all department to modify accounting procedure (payment, purchasing….) to make sure all team to follow
  • Review relevant reconciliations, ensures timely actions on outstanding reconciling items
  • Reconcile balance between company records and vendors' records via telephone & email
  • Ensure timely month end closing
  • Timely and accurate reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with Vietnam Accounting Standards,  IFRS and Company Accounting Policies
  • Monitor stock value and correctly report Cost, including Direct Material and related cost.
  • Create and maintain processes within the factory that support a strong internal control environment
  • Analyze financial results of specific areas or results of special projects
  • Present results to appropriate levels of management
  • Perform various close responsibilities which may include journal entries,variance analysis and completion of monthly reporting, striving for continuous improvement in the close process
  • Prepare yearly budget, cash flow and forecast
  • Review and analyze the actual cost and standard cost
  • Manage budget analysis and actual cost
  • Prepare reporting package for the head-quarter

Job Requirement

  • Hold Bachelor Degree or Master in Finance, Accountancy or related education in adding with any global financial certificates is preferred
  • Have 7- 10 years experiences taking  the similar role at FDI factory
  • Be excellent in interpersonal skills set: communication, teamworking, problem solving
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Have a good analytical & logical thinking
  • Good control under high work pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word,Access)
  • Be familiar with ERP system
