Job description

  • Responsible for developing, supporting, supervising all activities of the department to achieve the set goal.
  • Respnisble for planning forecast for input & output
  • Responsible for all activities of merchandisers
  • Responsible for inventory & stock to minimize production risk
  • Identifying and driving adoption of KPI as they apply to Supply Chain success
  • Resopnsible for management of suppliers and vedors
  • Following the PO and Stock to ensure on time delivery
  • Handling all the logistics activities to esure the smoothly operation of the factory.
  • Leading the internal initiative to implement and maintain an effective and accurate  inventory system, including ERP
  • Training & coaching the team members
  • Running the projects relating to supply chain

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business or a Supply Chain related field
  • At least 5 years of Supply Chain management in manufacturing, textile & garment is preferred
  • Solid knowledge of Supply Chain and Materials Management Systems
  • Good at building relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of management and with all departments inernally & externally
  • Show initiative by undertaking self-development activities, seeking increased responsibilities, and taking advantage of learning opportunities
  • Be smart & hard working
  • Strong ERP system
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
  • Be proficiency at English language
