Job description

Recruitment (30%):

  • Coordinate with the management to build the structure and recruitment plan for the whole factory. Perform the recruitment according to the plan.
  • Responsible for building Job Description for each position within the Company and individual KPIs.

Training & Development (50%):

  • Build and implement the training plan & programs for all positions in the Company included training courses for: Compliance (legal & social), Company’s Regulations/ Policies, Technical skills and Soft skills (including management, time, communication, conflict resolution, change etc.).
  • In Charge of employee development: work with the HODs to recognize talented employees for development (talent pool). Drive talent training program to develop our human capital for the Company’s growth and improvement.

Labor Relationships (20%):

  • Manage employee discipline policy & activities.
  • Responsible for resolving labor disputes.
  • Advise on policies of: salary, welfare and rewards for employee.
  • Plan employee annual welfare activities to develop and retain employees.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Administration & HR Director.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the position of HR Manager/Head of HR. Preferably have experience in an equivalent position in the international manufacturing sector.
  • Having knowledge of Labor Code & Social Compliance
  • Essential skills in Human Resources management
  • Ability in teamwork, independence, and under high pressure
  • Proficient in using all MS Office software, SAP.
  • Fluent in English communication.
