HR Manager


Job description

  • Manage all tasks relating to HR work on a daily basis.
  • Manage and controlling Payroll, labor workforce.
  • Recruite and coach new employees in general in term of company policy, compliance, work safety etc.
  • Maintain a smooth onboarding process.
  • Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Conduct performance and wage reviews.
  • Carry out necessary administrative duties.
  • Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
  • Maintain employee and workplace privacy.
  • Lead, coach a team of junior human resource managers.
  • Represent HR to consult Management board in term of law, labor contracts, solution for unexpected issues.

Job Requirement

  • University degree or above.
  • Experience Minimum 7 year HR experience and At least 3 years of working experience as HR manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law, compensations & benefits, recruitment process, organizational development, labor relation.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Working Location: Da Nang, Ha Noi, Nghe An.
