Manage the company's storage facilities for both raw materials and completed goods strategically in accordance with its goals and mission.
Make sure that all best practice guidelines are followed in all areas of responsibility.
Keep an eye on warehouse activities to ensure that resources for distributing and storing raw materials and completed goods stocks are used effectively.
Plan work schedules, assign jobs appropriately, and evaluate results.
Coach and inspire staff.
Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system.
Ensure that all inventories on hand are handled correctly in SAP throughout the reconciliation process and month-end close.
Graduate from university or higher level.
5-7 years’ experience in manufacturing and supply chain.
Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
Detail-oriented.
Strong SAP/Master Data abilities are strongly preferred.
Experience with warehousing programs is required.
Outstanding leadership, decision-making, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities both in Vietnamese and English.
