Business Development Director (Trading Import Export)


Job description

  • Developing and deploying strategic plans to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base;
  • Directly operating the business system of the company;
  • Searching and maintaining relationships with potential customers to expand the market;
  • Managing expenses and ensure the implementation of assigned goals;
  • Erecting teams, organizing and managing personnel of the import and export department;
  • Risk management in import - export process;
  • Gaining the ability to independently build  import-export sales team;
  • Managing and operating the import and export department of company's products;
  • Forming & developing departmental staff;
  • Periodically reporting to the Board of Directors.

Job Requirement

  • Degree of Associate or Bachelor Degree of Foreign Trade, Economics of International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sea Shipping or in related major;
  • At least 3-year-experience in the field or relevant experience;
  • Specialize in developing import & export sales channels;
  • Be capable of negotiating and convincing LCL, FCL’s clients;
  • Good organization and planning skills;
  • Good command in 4 skills of English.
