Job description
- Develop, analyze and organize the implementation of business plans for commercial real estate business according to the Company's business plans and objectives;
- Market research, building investment scenarios / calling for investment for catalytic projects;
- R&D and Business Development - Market Research, FS, BP, Business Partner;
- Finance & Investment - Asset portfolio, M&A, Investment, Divestment;
- Building models / forms of association, investment cooperation, exploitation and trading of the company's commercial assets to create an effective push for the residential community;
- Propose a suitable strategy to call partners / investors;
- Conduct all necessary PR / Marketing / Roadshow activities to attract potential Partners / Investors;
- Structure, price, negotiate and document the terms and conditions of the agreement professionally and effectively in the best interest of the Group;
- Lead and implement Calling Partners / Investors for the Group (including participation in contract preparation and execution);
- Maintain awareness of market trends / practices affecting the Group's Commercial Real Estate business and propose responsive development strategies and efforts;
- Plan, schedule, assign work, set priorities, control spending, and implement appropriate measures to ensure all Pre FS / FS are completed on schedule and within estimates;
- Project development - land socialization & legal: Unlock 1/500 commercial land fund and project legal, Design, Project Management and Construction Management;
- Operate entrusted assets, hand over to the asset management company;
- Improve / Strengthen Commercial Management systems and internal processes.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree or higher in business administration, finance or related to real estate;
- At least 15-year experience with projects about commercial property or retail investigation;
- Have a professional working style, integrity at work and are responsible for the job;
- Deep knowledge about real estate project analysis and market, business administration and finance;
- Profound knowledge about Law on Enterprises, Law on Securities, Law on Real Estate Business;
- Ability to evaluate and solve problems during project implementation;
- Management skills;
- Exceptional communication, present ideas and persuade listeners skills;
- Good command in 4 skills of English.
