Job description

1. Human resource (HR) management 

  • Set up recruitment plan and recruitment budget yearly.
  • Monitor and select recruitment to all kinds of positions normal employee, office staff, and head section.
  • Train new employees in office positions and head of section.
  • Management, updated C&B as payroll, allowance, deduct amount, leave, bonus...
  • Consult to General Director about new law update, relevant budgets, and implementation.
  • Conduct and hold smooth internal relationships through annual meetings.
  • Supervise all concern and issue about experts as the law include: local registered, labor report, visa extension, work permit making, residential card, travel service holding, and hotel rental management.
  • Conduct evaluation of employee performance appraisal labor contract annually.
  • Make the evaluation and promotion budget for all employees for General Director Approval.
  • Supervise and check all labor contracts before signing or extending the labor contract.

2. Administration

  • Supervise all kind of admin contracts and budgets as uniforms, office stationery, equipment, health check, fire insurance, and purchase office tools.
  • Conduct and track admin staff with cost/ contract for saving cost, telephone charge; control cooker cost, guards service cost, transportation cost, mail cost, taxi, bus, and hotel fees.
  • Monitored and arranged company events, camping, picking up, and Tet holiday events.
  • Double-checked PPE and uniform for setting the budget, order, and delivered employees.
  • Monitor and supervise the security service team, security, and subcontractor whole company.
  • Manage and maintain these buildings, office, dormitory, canteen, and facility in company.
  • Supervise these sub-contractors in/out, and follow regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain all HSE jobs as health, safety, and environmental, and work with buyer audit.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, BA, Economy, English, or related Major.
  • Prioritize candidates who have experience working in the field of Manufacturing and large scale (from 500 people). with at least 03 years – of experience in similar positions.
  • Good understanding of Vietnamese Labor Code, Insurance, and PIT law.
  • English ability: Fluent (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and PowerPoint.
  • Directly report to General Director.
  • Working location: Hiep Phuoc IP, Nha Be Dis., HCMC.
