HR Manager (Manufacturing Field)


Job description

  • Work with the board management to develop the HR strategy and lead the development, implementation, and day-to-day delivery of HR and Admin job to a rapidly growing workforce.
  • Build for a professional and high-performance HR Team.
  • Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to ensure all human resources policies, procedures and practices are in compliance with labor laws.
  • Work closely with managers at all levels to ensure excellent execution of human resources initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, including disciplinary matters, if required.
  • Prepare the monthly HR report for meeting and Committee meeting.
  • Key external relationships with Tax, Immigration, DOLISA & other regulatory bodies
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • University graduate with a major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
  • Excellent knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
  • Professional experience within international companies.
