R&D Manager (Food Processing/OEM)


Job description

  • Plan to research, design and  deploy products every week, month, quarter and year;
  • Look for new ideas regarding the design, name and material of products in order to carry out a research plan and product deployment according to orientation and strategies of the company;
  • Look for new ideas according to orientation and strategies of the company;
  • Organize, receive, collect and process the data of products as well as the price from inside and outside the company;
  • Get access to the information of new products and new technology to have resolutions for product’s innovation;
  • Consider and correct the design and the way of conducting chemical experiments in production process;
  • Be in charge of conducting trial production process: monitoring, urging and supervising;
  • Cooperate with other departments for effective  research and product deployment;
  • Draft, consider, and update quality standards, product quotas, production process and standard forms of products;
  • Make sure that all of information of new products, improved products, technological techniques and other information of the company is confidential.

Job Requirement

  • Male/ Female more than 30 years old;
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Master's degree in Chemistry or Equivalent with strong experience in Food FMCG;
  • More than 15 years overall experience  in role of R&D in a food processing industry;
  • Good English communication skills;
  • Have experience in working in manufacturing.
