Application Operations Specialist

Job description

Analyze, research and build application solutions for the Group & member companies;
Organize project management and supervise the implementation of application solutions;
Coordinate with Development Department and Related Departments to integrate and develop the application;
Monitor and support IT for member companies;
Synthesize and analyze user feedbacks to improve functionality for the application;
Follow up, oversee & support application operation to ensure the application operation process goes smoothly, properly;
Perform the tasks assigned by the Department manager.

Bachelor Degree in IT or related major;
Have general knowledge about the application field of software in large-scale companies;
Experience in using one of the application systems: ERP, CRM, HRM, E-OFFICE,…
Experience in develop and operate applications on the basis of O365, Cloud or On-Premise,…
Experience in application programming and user experience research;
At least 5 years of IT experience and 3 years of experience in solution implementation and IT project management.
