Be responsible for leading the HR, and Service Management of the Ho Chi Minh offices and other locations where our employees are based.
Manage the PGS functions (HR, Finance, and Service Management) to ensure that they are under proper control and in compliance with both the Company and local/national government policies and standards
Supervise daily administrative operations and logistics, including establishing work priorities, and assist in resolving problems related to day-to-day operations. Specifically, support better reporting system, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planning
Implement and supervise the execution of Group policy, procedures, Standard Operations Procedures, and operations, monitor compliance with Local Government policies, regulations, and appropriate laws
Organize recruitment, training, appraisal, promotion, engagement activities, compensations and benefits, and career development for staff
Set up the communication channel between employees and senior management, strengthen employees relationships, handle labor disputes
Maintained records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, termination, transfers, and performance management.
Develop programs to attract and retain staff
New staff orientation with company policy as well as business-standard
Overall responsibility for expenses accounting and reports
Exercise cash control within the given authority
Liaise with government agencies to make sure HCMC Office Operations/ activities comply with Government’s requirements and Laws
Prepare annual audit
Supervise these sub-contractors in/out, and follow regulations.
