Responsible for re-formulating the new product based on local raw materials and creating new formula upon marketing request in line with internal & external requirements.
Improve the existing products by adjusting the formula, production process or raw material replacement, etc.
Source raw materials with the Purchasing Department, conduct kitchen trials for the formulation and prepare cost estimated for marketing decision-making.
Responsible for updating specifications of raw materials, and packaging material.
Prepare technical documents for the FDA registration.
Work closely with the production on the first and second production lots to solve problems of production.
Job Requirement
Background: Food Technology Chemistry / Biotechnology or related majors.
3-5 years of working experience in the R&D (Packaging and/or Formula) in FMCG – F&B companies.
